Good question. I come from a mailing list culture so have been defaulting to using https://lists.fedorahosted.org/mailman/listinfo/tosw but that is different from MediaWiki/Wikipedia culture. I would say that we want to use the method more common to open source communities - we need meta discussions that are larger than just around the content, whereas Wikipedia is all 100% content-and-tool focused. However, I can see that some people would prefer to use the discussion tool built in here, and that's OK with me, but we can't even be sure we'll keep MediaWiki as the document source and editor in the future, so it's more risky building workflow around a specific tool. -[[User:Quaid|Quaid]] 16:44, 26 August 2014 (MDT)
