Talk:How to loosely organize a community
Practice radical transparency from day zero
What is the purpose of
(Short URL: http://bit.ly/TOSWDay0)
in this section? All it does is get us back to where we already are. If your objective was to record a short URL for use elsewhere, perhaps it could be put in a comment in the text of the section? (Edit this discussion section to see how.)
This is not a sentence:
"Wiki page changes (such as Special:RecentChanges) and code commit logs to the mailing list until it becomes annoying."
It needs a verb somewhere.
"Send Wiki page changes (such as Special:RecentChanges) and code commit logs to the mailing list until it becomes annoying."?

Get things started immediately with the simplest and most open communication methods available plus a meeting time
The title is way too long to generate a easily scanned Table of Contents or a reasonable anchor for off-page reference.
Same comment as for previous section.
Tactics and Strategy
"tactics and strategy" -> "strategy and tactics"?
Since the suggestion is that no one should start alone, perhaps the first two sections should be combined? By separating the Transparency from the Meeting, it is implied one follows the other. Combine them in one section and they appear as parts of a single task.
Make your contribution policy clear and as low as possible
This section title could be shorter also:
Make your contribution policy clear
The comment about "as low as possible" is fodder for the content of the section.
